By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Engage in any activity that is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading.
  • Use any automated system (bots, spiders) to access the Service in a way that sends more request messages to the servers than a human can.
  • Create multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing the system.
  • Abuse faucet claims, PTC ads, referrals, or any reward system for unfair advantage.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

VinCryp is a Bitcoin-only reward platform. All rewards, balances, and withdrawals are denominated exclusively in Bitcoin (BTC), measured in satoshis.

We do not guarantee any level of earnings, income, or rewards. All earnings depend on platform availability, advertiser demand, system rules, and user compliance with these Terms of Service.

The platform includes a Bitcoin faucet that may be claimed once per day. Faucet availability, reward amounts, and eligibility are subject to change and may be limited, delayed, or denied in cases of abuse, suspicious activity, or system maintenance.

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10 satoshis (0.00000010 BTC). VinCryp reserves the right to delay, review, or cancel withdrawals if fraudulent, automated, or abusive behavior is detected.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. VinCryp makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or availability of the Service.

In no event shall VinCryp, its owners, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service.

5. Account Termination

VinCryp reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if a user is found to be violating these Terms of Service, engaging in fraudulent activity, abusing the faucet, exploiting the system, or using automated tools such as bots or scripts.

Accounts involved in multi-accounting, VPN abuse, faucet abuse, or any activity that compromises the integrity of the platform may be terminated without compensation.

Upon termination, any pending balances, rewards, or withdrawal requests may be forfeited at VinCryp’s discretion.

6. Changes to Terms

VinCryp reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Service at any time to reflect changes in the platform, legal requirements, or operational practices.

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Service after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
